Being Merry Inside Quantum Physics
I'm reading a book about the Physicist Richard Feynman and his work on the atomic bomb. Chilling reading. When I say that they ( the scientists) were not at all sure what they were creating, this is an understatement. Trying to understand physics is one of my hobbies. Recently I caught part of "Mindwalk" which included a phrase that defintely resonated with me. The phrase is "probabilities of connections" and that is what we humans are made of. Not matter, not energy, not time. Not space. Simply probabilities of connections. One physics book says that time, matter, space, and energy are all the same. That is difficult for me to fathom, but "probabilities of connections," I can grasp. This seems to me to explain how we can change our moods so easily simply by recalling a memory of a better mood. If we include as many sensory components as we can recall, then the chemicals in the brain re-create the mood now. New connections, new energy, new mood. Being merry at any moment is possible if you have ever been merry in the past. Now, that may be difficult for you to believe but I've made this happen for a few thousand people. If you do not know how to do this, you should learn soon.
